Chadd's journey began in 1997 at his father's flight school, Delta Qualiflight Academy, where he started as the sole mechanic. While earning his FAA licenses, he progressed to the head of maintenance, leading a team of highly skilled aircraft maintenance professionals. In 2020, after his father's passing, Chadd assumed ownership of the flight school but remained committed to his roots as an aircraft mechanic, giving rise to the founding of Kilo Mike Aircraft Maintenance. Chadd's foremost commitment is to ensure the timely and safe repair or maintenance of your aircraft. Leading a team of highly skilled mechanics, he guarantees the job is done right the first time, swiftly returning you to the skies with confidence.
KM Miloud, In Memory
KM Miloud, Chadd's father and the founder of Delta Qualiflight Aviation Academy in 1969, dedicated himself to making his flight school one of the world's finest. In 1997, he welcomed Chadd into the school, imparting both the mechanics and business aspects of the aviation industry. Chadd served as his right-hand man until KM Miloud's passing in 2020.
The legacy continues as KM Miloud's impact lives on through the ongoing development of the flight school and the establishment of Kilo Mike Aviation Maintenance. The name "Kilo Mike" (KM) was chosen to honor KM Miloud, a revered figure in the aviation industry and Chadd's best friend. The enduring legacy of KM Miloud continues to resonate within the realm of aviation.
